How can you tell the difference between the Madison and the Madison Premium; Both models are identical except that the Premium is installed with Sevylor’s ‘Easy Inflation System®’. This is a single point valve that will inflate the 3 main chambers at the same time. This valve has been cleverly designed so that if one tube does get punctured, the others will remain inflated.
The Sevylor Alameda is extremely popular with families due to its ability to seat two adults and one child whilst still remaining easy to paddle by one or two persons. The Alamedas comfort comes from lumbar supports and using the newly designed Sevy-spension seating system. This suspends the seats off the floor of the kayak which helps maintain the hull shape of the kayak giving greater performance on the water. The seats can be removed and changed into different positions allowing for single, tandem or triple seating positions.
The Alameda is a wide and stable kayak that will give confidence to new, beginner paddlers whilst still being able to handle all day adventures. The Alamdea incorporates the latest I beam floor for stiffness, a Sevy-Strong tarpaulin floor and strong moulded handles that double up as paddle parks.
The Alameda can be inflated quickly using either a hand or foot pump. A 12v Sevylor electric pump is also available for ease and speed.
The inflatable kayaks pack away in to the Sevylor Dry N Store carry bag. Deflating is easyas Sevylor use the commonly used Boston Valves which allows air to escape in seconds. The Dry N Store carry bag features backpack straps to make it easy to carry around. The bag is also waterproof making sure vehicles are protected if the kayak is wet when packed away.
