We aim to have as many of the products listed on our site in stock for immediate dispatch.

We aim to dispatch smaller items ordered on the same day or the next working day on an overnight service, depending on our courier collection times. 

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) we will dispatch on the next working day. If anything is not in stock, you will be notified immediately.

For deliveries to more remote locations, please allow extra time for deliveries as these will be sent on a 3-5 day service.

We have tried to source the best courier possible for reliability and efficiency to offer the best customer service possible. However, South Coast Canoes Limited will not be held responsible for the performance of the courier.


Every effort has been made to keep shipping prices as low as possible. We are continually working with our couriers to keep the costs down.

Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands & Islands deliveries may incur additional shipping costs. Please see our shopping basket or contact us for clarification.

Kayaks and canoes are offered for collection only. For shipping and delivery costs, please contact us.

You are able to place items in our shopping basket at any time for shipping cost estimates.

Any item can be ordered for free collection at our warehouse located at 14 Liberty Close, Woolsbridge Industrial Park, Three Legged Cross, Wimborne, BH21 6SY.

Free local delivery applies only to canoes and kayaks for delivery within a 20 mile radius of our store.

Free delivery during promotions will apply to all mainland UK addresses and most of our stock items.

For clarification of any shipping fees, please place the item in the shopping basket and enter your postcode. Canoes, kayaks and larger items are excluded from any free delivery promotions unless otherwise stated.

Please contact us for delivery costs on all international orders. We ship to most countries and will obtain a competitive quote for you..

Receiving your goods

It is your responsibility to check the goods before signing for them. 

If you suspect there is any damage, please check the goods with the driver present thoroughly and if you are still unsure, please sign for them as ‘damaged’ and contact us immediately. 

If they are clearly damaged, refuse the delivery and request return to sender.

Please contact us immediately in any instance and we will act upon it..


We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer.

If you’re not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do better next time!

You can return an unused product to us within 7 days for a full refund provided it is in its original condition with all tags present. DVDs and books can only be returned if they are defective.

We will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that have become defective within a reasonable period.

When returning a product, please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you.

We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning items to us to insure you against loss.

If you are returning an item or order with a high value or it is a large item, please call our team on 01202 914 224 to discuss the ways in which you can return the order.

If the error was ours, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us. You’ll find further details in our terms and conditions of sale.

If you are returning an item for exchange you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the replacement item.

If you are returning the goods personally to the store, there is no charge.

Warranty Returns

Any returns for warranty issues must be agreed by us prior to sending. All items must be clean and free from dirt to comply with Health and Safety laws.
